Our policy last 3 days. Countdown of coverage starts from the date it was delivered. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for the return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Below are the types of products that exempt from being returned, products such as Ribtype, Corrugated, Tilespan, White Sand, Cements, Hollow Blocks, Grouts, and Paints cannot be returned.

The following items under the categories shown below are also cannot be returned/exchanged.

To be eligible for the return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Our team will evaluate your request wait for the confirmation messenger.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
In the event of refund a minimum amount of 500 pesos or 4.5% whichever is higher will be deducted from the payment made by the customer. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or original method of payment, refund process will take at least 5-10 working days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Non-Refundable Downpayment

Once a downpayment has been made, it is non-refundable. If you fail to claim or proceed with your ordered items (e.g., roofing, steel deck, or any custom order), your downpayment will be forfeited.

Late Payment Penalty

The remaining balance (half payment) must be settled on or before the agreed due date and time.

A penalty of ₱500 per hour will be charged for any delays in payment beyond the deadline.

Full Payment Required Before Unloading

On the day of delivery, full payment is required before unloading any materials. The delivery team will not unload the items unless the client has fully settled the total payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All return/exchanges must be done at Gnex Hardware or Genisys Construction Trading store only.
